![]() Our March concert is a celebration of Canadian composers and arrangers, featuring text that is uniquely Canadian. We present arrangements of Canadian folk songs, text that evokes the different regions of our nation, and stories originating from the different founding cultures of Canada: English, French, and First Nations.
You will hear works in French, Iroquois, Mohawk, Mikmaq, and Inuktitut, as well as translations of Algonquin and Iroquois texts.
